2. Definitions and Interpretation
(a) In these terms and conditions, the following definitions and rules of interpretation apply unless otherwise defined or the context requires otherwise:
**"We", "Ours", "Redbox"** refers to Redbox Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated in the Maldives;**"Services"** means any and all services provided by us to you as defined in section 2 below;**"Website"** means Redbox's web-based and mobile application supplied by us and downloaded and installed by you on your electronic device through which you may obtain the Services;**"Delivery Agent"** means the independent third party who offers delivery services and may be requested through the use of our website and Services;**"Advertisement"** means any promotional messages and information that may appear on your mobile device during the operation of the App;(b) Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. The singular includes the plural and the masculine shall include the feminine and neuter and vice versa.
(c) A reference to a person, corporation, trust, partnership, unincorporated body or other entity includes any of them.
3. Services
RedBox Courier Services provides logistics and delivery solutions. Our services include but are not limited to parcel delivery, freight forwarding, and express courier services. For cargo clearance service (Includes bonded items, sea cargo and third party items), terms please refer to our Clearance T&C.
4. Terms of Usage
You agree, represent, and warrant:
That all the information and details provided by you to us are true, accurate, complete, and up-to-date.For local deliveries and outbound services, items must be securely and properly packed. Redbox may request repacking if unsuitable.Fragile items must be clearly labeled as "FRAGILE".You will not use our website and Services: - For any unlawful purpose;
- To impair or interrupt our Services;
- To access others’ accounts or penetrate security;
- To promote third-party or personal products/services;
You will comply with all applicable laws.You will not use the services to cause nuisance or inconvenience.You agree to compensate Redbox and Delivery Agents for any extra charges arising from incorrect or incomplete order details.You will not damage the reputation of Redbox or its agents.You will provide legitimate identity proof upon request.You will treat Delivery Agents respectfully and not engage in harassment or abuse.You will indemnify us from legal claims resulting from your breach of these terms.We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for misuse or breach.You are solely responsible for ensuring shipped items are legal and not prohibited.Redbox is not liable for claims from transporting illegal/prohibited items.You indemnify Redbox from liabilities arising from such shipments.By continuing with our services, you confirm items do not violate: - Law No. 9/2021 (Penal Code)

- Any other applicable Maldivian law or regulation
5. Payment Terms
Payments must follow the rates and terms at the time of booking.Accepted payment methods include online transfer and cash.6. Delivery Terms

RedBox Courier Services is not liable for any parcel loss, damage, or delay unless caused by our negligence.
8. Claims and Complaints
Claims for loss, damage, or delay must be reported within 7 days from delivery.Complaints must be submitted through our official support channels.9. Cargo Insurance
These terms apply to customers under the Red Takaful Cargo Coverage Policy:
Coverage Eligibility
Applies from dispatch to receipt.Claim Notification

Submit: - Video of unpacking at delivery.
- Photos during unpacking.
- Files must be in JPEG, PNG, or MP4 with clear timestamps.
Exclusions
No claims for: - War, terrorism, civil unrest
- Customer negligence or mishandling
- Normal wear and tear
- Shipping of illegal goods
- Delays
Packaging Requirements
Cargo must be securely packed per industry standards.Contribution Requirement
0.04% of cargo's declared value goes to the takaful fund.Claims Assessment
